Weekly Training Plan

Here's the plan for the week. Will do my best to meet plan goals. I have much to do for prep on the MS150 00 THIS COMING WEEKEND!

Mon - Swim 500 yards.
Tue - Run 3 miles
Wed - Brick: Bike 12/Run 2.
Thu - Swim drills 40 minutes.
Fri -MS150 Prep
Sat - MS150
Sun - MS150
