Run:
3.1 in 36:00 (I suck, but my sneakers felt good; we'll see tomorrow)
Swim:
400 in 8:37 (8 laps - back & Forth)
300 in 6:25 (6 laps - back & Forth)
Practiced some Flip-turns.
Leslie/Jenn (aka the "Fish") is it possible that I'm really doing these times? I'm in a 25m pool. Or am I supposed to be doubling the distance!?! LOL

Oh, I know! I just meant that where I was several weeks ago was better... it's amazing what lack of routine practice does so quickly. I've been spending so much time in the pool, the running has taken 3rd chair to biking and swimming. LOL
Yeah those are great times! :) I swim in a 25 yard pool, which is just a bit shorter... If I REALLY push it, I can do a length in 24 seconds. But at a more comfortable pace its more like 28-30 depending on my fatigue level. So you are doing great!!!! :)
