Sorry for my absenteeism, but volleyball season is 2 weeks in and I have been just trying to make sure I don't where myself down. I was a bit sick last week and lost my appetite. Which I guess should seem like a good thing! However, that didn't help my energy level any. I'm feeling much better now, have energy to get things done now. So right now my training log will be on a day by day basis as I may not get to hit the gym every day.
Today's workout was my weekly kick boxing class. I was really good and I left a puddle of me on the floor. I'll be pushing forward. Only 8 1/2 months left ladies! I'm getting excited.
