Things are going to be much better for me now, as I'm officially working until 3:30pm. This helps because whether or not I have to pick-up my daughter from work, I have time to do SOMETHING at the gym.
Sunday - Off
Monday - Swim (30 minutes - just keep swimming!)
Tuesday - Resistance Training Session & Cardio
Wednesday - Spin
Thursday - Resistance Training Session & Cardio
Friday - Off
Saturday - Step Aerobics
