Lana's Workout for 08-05 to 08-11

08/05 - Hiking
08/06 - Shoulders - Spin Class
08/07 - Legs
08/08 - Back and Biceps - Running program
08/09 - Triceps and Chest
08/10 - Off
08/11 - Running program

I am going to try to throw in some swimming this week on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.

Will post detailed weight workouts later
