Hello, ladies. Like my good friend Lynn, I've been swamped, too. I'm also a little under the weather. I can't seem to sleep at night, no matter what I'm doing. Ugh. But I'm getting in good running workouts and my times are improving. I just need to get myself into the pool!
I hope you're all doing great today. :) I'm hanging in there and working hard, but it's hard to keep working when your body isn't getting the rest it needs. It makes training a little difficult, to say the least.

I agree...it's hard to push the body when it's sleep deprived. Hope you get some rest this weekend. :)
